I’ve snail mailed a query for the space detective novel, Jack Cluewitt and the Imbrium Basin Murders, to a literary agent and am waiting for a reply. I will post as soon as I hear back.
I’ve completed a fantasy Elf romance, working title, The Liminal Key. I will post here as soon as it’s available.
My two shaggy feghoots, Zombie Bouillabaisse and Snow White and the Seven Neanderthals, are up at my homepage:
I was First Runner up at Gypsy Shadow Publishing for their first writing prompt contest for the short story, The Librarian Who was Plugged In. This is a thirty thousand word story and I hope to see this published electronically some day.
I’m happy to announce my flash feghoot Zombie Bouillabaisse is up at Macabre Cadaver Magazine right now!
Snow White and the Seven Neanderthals appeared in the August/September issue of Alienskin magazine; that was my first sale. I will try to find a permanant home for it soon.
I’m excited to say I finished the space detective novel and am in the editing stages. I had a lot of fun at Albacon and I’m also working on what I hope will be a short story pro sale but I can’t say more right now. I will post about the story proposal whether I’m successful or not because it’s interesting how it came about. Believe it or not, this is still a work in progress and I will post as soon as I know if I get the sale. Thanks for the congrats and the link! :o) More updates soon. (I’m working with my web host on fixing my web site. Hopefully they’ll get it fixed. They couldn’t fix it so I changed hosts:)
Ruth was invited to read her science fiction at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s WRPI 91.5. She received an Honorable Mention at Speculation’s Rumor Mill for her micro story, Zombie Bouillabaisse, and will make it available along with many other short stories in the future.
